Speaker biography: Jules has worked within the Sales Consulting function of Oracle since 1997 – initially within the Financial Services strategic Accounts team (focusing on Insurers and Building Societies) and latterly within the retail and manufacturing sector. He has worked with both core technology and applications products to define, explain, help sell and in some cases deliver Oracle technology based I.T. solutions to many major customers. He is a currently a member of the Manageability Solutions team, where he is responsible for promoting awareness and use of Oracle Enterprise Manager. He has led the development of business and technical approaches to the Operational management of Exadata.
