Speaker biography: John Baker is Director of Analytics within Oracle’s Global CFO Solutions team, specialising in Oracle Essbase and Exalytics. With a background in both IT and Accounting, John has been working with Essbase for nearly 14 years in various roles in the UK, before joining the global team. During this time he has helped numerous prospects realise the value of Essbase and supported some of the largest Essbase implementations in a series of high profile customers. Also, John has detailed understanding of Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management and the associated tools, as well as contributing to the ‘Oracle Essbase & Oracle OLAP’ book.
